Made a burster model, changed post processing effects, removed outlines, and MELEE WEAPONS!!

Did a lot of stuff in the past 2 days! Added a new melee weapon: "Slasher". Changed post processing effects to make the scene brighter and removed the cartoon outline stuff because it actually looks cleaner without it.
